Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order, you have confirmed that you have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.
You can cancel your order, change the products’ sizes, colors or shipping address within
2 hours.

We have a 10-day return or exchanges policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return or exchanges, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept to customer return and exchange in following reasons:

  • Faulty Item Received: If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to our email along with your order number. We’ll send you a free reshipment. You don’t have to send it back to us. All we’d need would be a picture of the faulty item.
  • Wrong size/Wrong design received: 

    If you’ve received the wrong size/wrong design, please check the order you placed with us. We’ve seen in most of the cases that the wrong size was selected by our customers when they place the order without reading the size guide and description carefully. In cases like those, we only offer discount code 20% to next purchase because we notify very carefully in tittle and description.

    If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we’ll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment. 

    Just let us know with a picture of it and we’ll be there to get it done for you.


To start a return or exchanges, you need to contact us first at support@sunflowerly.com to receive confirmations and return or exchanges guide.
If your return or exchanges is accepted, we’ll send you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us WITHOUT first requesting a return or exchanges will NOT be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We DO NOT accept to customer return and exchange or refund in following reasons:

– Damage caused by accident
– The product is as same as description
– You ordered by mistake / You are no longer interested
– Improper care, normal wear and tear
– Break down of colors and materials due to sun exposure
– Aftermarket modifications, products with water exposure
– We do not accept return item if you do not love product material. Therefore, please consider carefully before placing orders.

- We do not offer exchanges/returns for size unless it is our fault for sending the wrong-size items. For other reasons like sewing or printing problems, we will take care of them all for you. Please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

We will refund items which damaged by our factory or the carrier in case we cannot resend you a new one. Normally, a new replacement will be sent immediately after your requires.

Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, not picking up the packages as requested, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned. If the personalized items got faulty, wrong size or design which cause by us, please contact us immediately at support@sunflowerly.com and you are going to receive the replacement items without any fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sunflowerly.com.
